Are staking rewards still granted for Unlocked Coins while still Staked?

Got question to Team;
Just wondering if staking rewards are still granted while the coins are unlocked (lock period expired), but not Unstaked yet?

Looking forward to clarification

When the lockout period ends, rewards are no longer accrued, even if you do not manually unstake.
