It has come to my attention that the Leaderboard Docs and instructions are not very clear on a couple of very important things.
If you are Providing Liquidity or Staking with Terraport validator.
DO NOT REMOVE THE LIQUIDITY OR UNSTAKE/MOVE YOUR STAKE ELSEWHERE.
You will lose all points earned associated with those individual aspects.
I had decided to unstake my validator portion so I could move back to terraport as rewards here are far better than Lunc rewards at the current moment.
Only for my Points total to plummet by over 100k from what I had earned while staking.
I scanned through the documents and post, and no where was this properly stated.
A team member confirmed thats how it is supposed to work.
I asked for docs to be updated appropriately, and hopefully they are.
What is everyones thoughts on this?
Is this the correct way that points should work?
Or should earned points regardless of how stay in your points total?
Should points on the leaderboard have a reset period?
1 month/ 3 months/ 6 months/ 1 year?
Thoughts as I would like to make a proposal down the road to voice improvements around Points and overall leaderboard.
